A safe solution for a delicate area while maintaining health and aesthetics
Permanent eyelid makeup is a procedure that allows you to create the effect of eyeliner for a long time. However, like any aesthetic manipulation, it does not always lead to the desired result. Color, shape, symmetry and even application technique may lose quality over time, or the result may be unsatisfactory from the very beginning. In such cases, the most modern and safe solution is laser eyelid tattoo removal.
Why is it necessary to remove eyelid tattoo?
The reasons may be different:
Uneven or asymmetrical results.
Undesirable changes in pigment color (blueness, darkening).
Aesthetic discrepancy with age, face type or patient expectations.
Overlaying several layers of tattoo, "covering up" unsuccessful work.
The desire to completely remove permanent makeup.
Allergic or inflammatory reactions.
Considering the extreme sensitivity of the eyelid area and its proximity to the eyeball, removal should be carried out exclusively in a medical facility, with all safety measures in place.
Why laser?
Laser removal is a world-renowned gold standard based on the principle of selective photothermolysis. The laser acts directly on the pigment, destroying it without damaging the surrounding tissues. This is especially important when working in the eyelid area, where the skin is thin, delicate and does not tolerate aggressive methods well.
Dr. Uskov's clinic uses only professional certified medical laser equipment, which allows working at minimum depth with high precision. This ensures maximum safety, no burns, scarring or deformation of the eyelids.

Specifics of the procedure
Use of scleral screens:
When working in the eyelid area, it is mandatory to use special scleral protective lenses (screens), which:
protect the cornea and eyeball from laser radiation;
must be sterilized and individually selected;
are installed by a doctor with appropriate training.
Number of procedures
Usually a course of several sessions (from 2 to 8 or more) is required, with an interval of 4-8 weeks between procedures. The number depends on:
the density and depth of the pigment;
the number of layers and the time of application;
the type of pigment used (organic or inorganic);
the individual characteristics of the patient's skin (age, hormonal background, tendency to hyperpigmentation, etc.)
If the eyeliner has been re-done with another layer of pigment, more sessions are usually required.
Why is it important to choose a clinic and not a salon?
Removal of tattoos in the eyelid area is a medical procedure that requires:
expensive certified equipment,
medical sterility,
specialists with training in ophthalmology and laser dermatology.
The most important task is to maintain the health and anatomical integrity of the eyelids and eyes. At Dr. Uskov's clinic, removal is performed only according to medical protocols, using protection and precise laser settings for safe and effective work on delicate skin.
Diagnostics before the procedure
Before the removal, an in-person consultation and examination are carried out:
examination of the area taking into account the shape, depth and color of the pigment;
If necessary:
digital dermatoscopy,
examination with a UV-lamp,
infrared visualization,
other methods of hardware diagnostics.
This allows us to minimize risks and individualize the approach to treatment. In some cases, the procedure can be carried out immediately after the consultation.
Safety and effectiveness
Removal of permanent eyelid makeup is possible without damaging the skin, without losing eyelashes, without scars and eyelid deformation, if:
the correct technique is used,
reliable technologies are used,
the procedure is performed by a trained doctor.
Individual result
Each case is unique. We do not make general promises, because everyone's skin, pigment and reaction to the laser are different. The goal of the consultation is to give you an accurate and realistic picture: how many procedures will be required, what restrictions there may be in the postoperative period, what the result will look like.
